Happy Halloween!
I forgot to mention this earlier, so happy halloween everyone! I've had 11 kids so far and way too much candy. Perhaps I should start giving out more candy per kid. So far the best costume has been the fairy costume on a dog!

We only had FOUR kids at our house! We were very surprised! We live in a fairly new community of the city, but still, it is totally a family-oriented style of housing.... All fairly large single family homes with two and three car garages, that sort of thing. I know there ARE kids in the area -- I see them walking about in the pathways and in the parks...But I guess there really are not too many kids in the immediate vicinity of our group of cul-de-sacs! Also, perhaps the unusually cold weather scared them off....It actually snowed here the other day which is VERY unusual for the city, and we are still waiting for our Chinook!!
